    HI Mark,

I believe we made acuaintances a few years ago over the internet, most likely when I was living up in Marin. I believe you were in the south bay ??? I may be completely mistaken but anyways........

Shrimp and snails !!! I saw your post and well that was about it in my search, I lived up in Washington last year and spent a bit of time chasing both spot prawns and coonstripe shrimp. I just recently went up and picked up my hotrod pickup with a bed of crab, prawn, and shrimp pots. Now to figure out how to fish them especially out of a float tube or a kayak. I figure its going to be a haul getting them up to the surface but after a overnight soak its only one pull a pot. Have you seen the coonstripe shrimp diving ??? We used to pull in a half of a 5 gal bucket overnight up in Washington.

I would also like to know how your search for snails is going ??? My mother was asking me about limpets the other day.
