I find that bands are less progressive in contraction in cold water (less than 10*c / 50*f)

It seems odd, since everything should move slower when cold... But in cold water, the first shot or two...

The Cubans use homemade pneumatics that use 3-4" pipe, are like 150+ cm long, are pumped up from a scuba tank and use a 9-10mm shaft.

A lifeguard is a false sense of security. But they WILL get your body off of the bottom of the pool by the end of their shift.

You need another diver in the pool with a mask that knows proper...

I think every diver should have a whistle on them. That's about the only way of communicating / keeping track of ppl in rough seas
