Re: CA Scrubs Crush Texas Slugs (Photos + Video)

It varied. Sometimes they'd cruise in really close, other times they'd stay further out.

If we dove as soon as we saw the fish, they generally would be wary of us and would stay 20-30+ feet out....

Re: Recommended gun and shaft size for WSB & YT

My favorite all around WSB/YT gun is a 60" midhandle, 5/16" shaft, 3x 5/8" (16mm) bands. 9/16" (14mm) bands will also do the trick, and likely with less recoil.

Re: Neptonics: Long Beach NOW HIRING

TS, a little piece of advice...When applying for a job, mentioning that one of your primary objectives is to build clientele for your other business is probably not a wise move.

Re: Advice on gear for Cortes Bank trip

While there is always a chance of running into something BIG, in years past the grade of tuna tends to be in the 10-20lb range with a few 40-50lbers mixed in. If you are diving outside of the kelp...

Re: Please unload guns!!!!!! Unload guns!!!!

Targeting certain species of fish requires loading the gun on the boat, before getting the water. It's unavoidable. In these cases, EXTREME caution should be taken. There is no excuse for walking...
