Why did the fire spread so fast? Was there oxygen cylinders on board for mixing nitrox? If there was the blowout plugs could hane blown and greatly contributed to a raging uncontrolable fire.

Did the boat have hp compressors and fill nitrox? Pure oxygen could have been a contributing factor to the massive fire. Just a thaught to consider.

Great idea I took my old pistol type weller and made a nylon rope cutter. I just cut the soldering tip and silver soldered a piece of steel between the two tips. Cost nothing but a little time.

No need to worry about partial pressure blend just empty tank and they will put only 450 psi of 0xygen in tank then top off with air. For a 32% fill.
