Sorry to hear that itís a bummer!

If you shoot a strong fish like that with low power gun, from little far away or arenít 100% sure of the shot let go right away. Iíve found itís the hard stop...

So I tried a butterflied whole fish recipe I found online and it turned out really good but I would change it a little bit. I tend to prefer whole fish recipes that dry the meat out with crusty skin...

Not even close. I eat a lot of fish during the season. I can kill a bottle crazy fast because I rarely freeze fish. haha

The boiling yellows the fish bones so you don't get that stark white and I was going to try to do whole skeleton with the all the little bones. The more I look into the beetles though it's looking...
