Re: Koah trigger mech.

Yea I'll put the brakes on this right now. Jerry is well aware we have been making our mechanism in house for over two years now. If you had a problem with your battle axe a simple phone call and I...

Re: Riffe OR!? Koah. I realize there are no bad choices here.

On the fatback I agree.. we did move it to a 3/8 RO and we are redesigning it for the second half of 2014 to address this issue without sacrificing performance

Re: Riffe OR!? Koah. I realize there are no bad choices here.

Hey, I'm just honored to be in comparison with a company that has been around for over 2 decades. I'm a red-ryder guy myself.... they make a great product. We have been working relentlessly to...

Re: can you polyurethane over epoxy?

Really comes down to what set up you have and what type of epoxy/poly you plan to apply. We have been through drum after drum of both and with the right viscosity and application technique they both...

Re: feeler ad for 150 koah rh+ for sale

Its getting old impaler ...I know you like to take shots at my product whenever you can. Yes we stepped the handle up to a 3/16 base with an 1/8in center grip. They came out over a year ago .2 of...

Re: Stolen KOAH spearguns

Yes they both had tracking. The one made it to its destination ... well the box did anyway and the other just disappears after it had its origin scan.. never made it to the sorting facility. I've...

Re: Stolen KOAH spearguns

Really nothing has happened... went through all the motions and filing with the PO with multiple phone calls trying to get some resolve with the same text book responses from the operator. I'm just...

Re: 58" koah rear handle- 375$

An 8mm will always shoot better in a gun that is drilled 5/16 seeing as the hole is already .030 over. 7.5mm is .295, while 8mm is .315 in a track that is drilled about .340 ...so needless to say...

Re: 58" koah rear handle- 375$

I suggest stepping the shaft up to a 8mm or 5/16 on a long stick like the 58.. You got a hell of a steal seeing as those usually go for 625-675. Let me know if you have any issues with it.

Stolen KOAH spearguns

There are 2 stolen KOAH's in circulation right now. One of the fine employees at the Lake Park post office has sticky fingers and actually had the nerve to take the speargun out of the box and send...

Re: Koah

I'm with you Anth... after shooting for so many years, its just kind of second nature. But the shark fin idea sounds like a great solution to compensating for the changeover to an enclosed track gun.

Re: Koah

Enclosed track guns can take a shot or two to get used to... especially when shooting a different style of gun simultaneously. Once your tuned in with the gun it becomes second nature to drive the...

Re: 52" koah marksman fatback

That was a sharp looking gun Cole, and a great price as well. Being a 52 RH+ the band stretch should be somewhere around 120cm. I'll be sure to build your Euro to the same quality

Re: EPIC Panama trip. Crushed big Yellowfins!!

I double and triple checked that stick to make sure the track was 100% straight ... it takes a little getting used to switching from being a long time flopper shooter going to a slip tip that has to...

Re: KOAH vs Ocean Rhino

Man what a thread! I agree with many people on this thread... two different guns two different purposes. Ocean Rhino makes a great gun and they are in a class of their own... I wouldn't put them with...

Re: Koah question

You can mount it behind the bands, just be sure to drill pilot holes and you will have to countersink the holes in the mount to make it flush (if you are using screws) Otherwise it will not let you...

Re: Koah Spearguns

You are correct... I was reading too fast and didn't catch that. With a reverse mech it would prob be about 56 without the extended butt and with three bands a 56-58 could definitely reach out and...
