Re: Daily Vis report thread

RV GOAT DIVE REPORT
We first hit a wreck off Seaside area in about 80 ft of water. Bottom temps around 62 and vis a slightly cloudy 15 ft or so. Not a lot of life on this one but a few nice fluke came up as well as a lobster. Next we headed inshore a bit to a wreck in about 65 ft that held loads of fluke when last dove about 1 1/2 weeks ago. Only a few shorts were there today. Either the storm moved them offshore or the commercial draggers got them . I think their quarterly quota just opened up and they were out doing their best to fill the boat. It was calm on the surface till 1 pm or so when the wind picked up. The green surface water seems to be gone also.
