This is one of my favorites. Of course you can substitute any white fish for this recipe and it'll be great.
Ingredients:
- 2 Fillets of Fish
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1/3 Yellow Sweet Onion
- 1/2 Stick of Butter
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Seasoning of your choice, or just salt and pepper
- Parmesan Cheese
Cooking:
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Season fish and set aside
- dice up bell peppers and onion
- melt the butter into your baking dish
- mix peppers and onion into the butter and add a splash of worcestershire sauce
- Splash some worcestershire sauce on the fillets and lay them on top of the peppers and onion
- Pop it in the oven
- When the fish is almost done, switch the oven to broil and sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top
- When the cheese is browned a bit, it's done
