No, the venom seems to affect warm blooded creatures like us much more than cold blooded fish. You can tell by how unnaturally comfortable the grouper is with the divers all around it that it has been fed lionfish in the past. While it's generally considered a bad practice to feed predators because it teaches them to associate humans with food (I've been chased around by green morays and nurse sharks that were trained to eat lionfish), divers around the caribbean have been doing it for years with little effect on the fish eating them. I saw a photo about a year ago of a green moray with a lionfish spine stuck in its jaw, and the photographer said that the eel was still looking for another meal.
