Yeah, I just painted my props and running gear, and only had regular ablative paint, splash was planned for next day, and I knew it wouldnt last more than a few 100 miles if that-at least on the props. I should have got some hard paint-next time. Keep us informed of the progress. And how that paint holds up and keeps barnacles off. Here's a picture of the bottom painted metal parts. I had to get a strut straightened-notice when I was grinding -white dust in front of strut, and had the props checked and trued, and sandblasted all the bronze parts, and should have used good stuff, but only had leftover bottom paint. Dont get on me for not doing my zincs when it was out, I dive on the boat all the time, and I didnt want to pay $16 for each zinc when I could get them for $8 later.
