Lost gopro hero session
I know this is a long shot, but I lost my gopro today in the water kinda in front of the Deal Casino.
If anyone happens to come across it OR if anybody is selling a gopro please let me know. Thank you! |

Re: Lost gopro hero session
Too bad, it happened to me, with a Hero3+. The image was better than a Session IMO.
Now I have a Session too, head strap mounted, over the hood and over the mask. The only reason I don't put it under the hood is that the mask cannot be put over the camera (I mean not as easily as to put the hood and mask first) because that camera is actually quite bulky. But these stories keep repeating too often, this is scary and under the hood may be the only safe place. Or attached to the gun, which is not a natural place to me. Re: Lost gopro hero session
Lost a hero 4 black in barny. Sux. Was wrastling a striper. Went to take pics. Gone. I now have the gopro hand strap. I dont like anything on my gun. Cant stand it on my mask. It pulls seel off face. Head is best perspective but i dont like not seeing cam. Wrist strap is good exept in current when ya need tha6 hand to crawl or hold on. I like the grip handle but just something else to carry and deal with.

Re: Lost gopro hero session
A hero 4 black is far superior to a session4, that is really a lost.
Proof : Gopro sales refurbished Hero4 at $270 vs $149 for a brand new Session. There are several inferior points in the Session but a big one is that the Session, when in Medium, still produces a curved horizon while a classic Hero in Medium really gives a linear flat horizon. The session also must have a shorter focal length because the image (still in medium) is smaller than for a classic. That is for the session4, I believe the session5 has a real 'linear' field of view with no curvature, perhaps more or less equivalent to the Medium field of a classic hero. And also, even if the Session is water proof 33ft, you absolutely need a case because you'll scratch the front window in no time. That adds to the price... By the way, for the treasure hunters interested : I lost my hero3+ silver in Barnegat too. |
