Did you shoot that bass with a Mako, then put the HH next to it before you took the picture?

@Spearbodj watch the video stills, tell us all what type of gun was used to stone this little river monster.

Ate it last night amazing tasting fish for something that lives in freshwater. clean and white fillet's just like halibut, flakes perfectly like calico, and takes well to any sauce.

He thinks he has the #1 selling rail gun in America, it's kinda funny.

I will tell you aftyer trying a great many different guns, the HH are more accurate than almost anything available at any price when matched size for size and power to power.
There is no contest as to the gun accuracy between the HH and a Wong of comparable size. The closest two I have matched to it are a Riffe euro and an Omer gun that I grabbed from Richie.

Look at the HSD article about guns and accuracy if you don't want to believe me.
With this said, I primarily shoot Riffe guns, and have been sponsored by Riffe for the nationals 4 different times. I do feel their balance suits me best, and yes I have taken my best fish on Riffe guns. But out of the box, the HH is awful hard to beat. AWFUL hard. And the price point makes them an especially good value.

As far as QC between the 2 sharks??? I have dealt with that also. But to be fair, I do believe the Mako has gotten a lot better than it was. As I recall, they started using the same handle assembly as the HH, by the same MFG company with their badge on it.
It was a wise decision.

I have no doubt they are accurate and decent guns for the price. I'm just not impressed with his selling capabilities haha. Unfortunately I haven't had the opportunity to shoot one, and have no where near the experience you do so ill take your word about their accuracy. Maybe one day Ill get my hands on one and see for myself.

I have a....... lot of spearguns. Swing by and grab a 90HH and take it for a test drive. I got 2 of them for my son, they are really nice. I took my WSB this year with the 90. It will do the job when you ask it to!

In physics, they call it The Observer Effect

Basically, by examining something, you affect its physical state. That must be what is happening.

Re: What is the best and worst tasting fish?

Ok, looks like the results are in and we all agree that Talapia is the best tasting fish! Who would have thought that the California section of spearboard would have ever reached a consensus on anything. This could be the thread that finally unites us all and ends the drama!
