Gladiator Bestiarius 108 Roller

My last work, roller with moveable pulleys. Shaft is 140 cm long and 7,5 mm thick. Max width of body is 71 mm and height vary from 28 to 34 mm. Equipped gun has weight of 2,7 kg and was made of iroco and mahogany covered by 250 g/m2 carbon cloth.

Awesome lines on that gun! What reel is that? I see most are all looking very similar to the meandros and MVD these days.

Beautiful guns there ... hats off! It is threads like these that make it impossible for people like me to post my builds! It would be too embarrassing!

I like how the bands lie perfectly on one of the pictures. I have an idea on a roller build where the bands would be totally invisible and within the profile of the gun. Basically it would be a single action roller gun but would look like a classic gun from the bottom. The gun length would be limited as you need to reach the pre-stretched wishbone on the muzzle, but it should still be able to pack some good power.

Wow, clean lines. I like how the carbon fiber is edged clean along the side of the gun.

Can a router be used to get those clean lines on the carbon fiber?

Why dont you use the benefits of the system and skip this full roller type muzzle stopper?

It can ruin the Wood. I use sand paper.
