Jason, put that bell in the tank of your toilet. Thats a great way to restore, every time you flush you change out the water.

That reminds me mike, ive got some new stuff to look at.

How does a wreck with 30-45' of relief in 390' with no known live bottom within 4 miles sound? unidentified, to the best of my knowledge never dove.

Cool, that wreck is shaped like a big hourglass!!! Probably nothing but a bunch of white sand inside....

Rob, you and Les should get the deep drop reels and pound the shit out of it to see whats down there. I can bring mine up on the next trip, its good for 1500 feet.

Rob, thats what I hear. I'll do that when the dog gets done with it.

Probebly gonna give the Compass gimble and bell to Mike to take care of for me. He digs that shit.

I'd love to tell a great story about finding the bell but, well..... there isn't.

Kinds went like this.. see 20lb Gag Grouper, duck into a hole, chase Gag Grouper, hit knee on some crap on the bottom. Dig crap out, find out its the bell. Wreck diving is exciting. The big blacks and gags really spiced the wreck up!

Jason

Re: Tails of the Deep

Dan - you're getting a very dry sense of humor on those posts - first the shorts comment (ROFL) and then the "dorsal won't be the same" one (LOLOLOL) - great stories as always

Keep em coming
