Lionfish Handling Workshop-Miami-October 20th/21st

Attention Lionfish Enthusiasts and Hunters!

Please join REEF and Monty's South Beach Restuarant in Miami on October 20th at 10:00 am for a lionfish handling workshop! This FREE event will teach you all about the lionfish invasion, lionfish biology, venemology, ecological impacts, current research, and how to properly collect and handle lionfish. Following the workshop, there will be 2 half days of lionfish dives if you want to practice your new skills! The dives will be on Saturday October 20th at 12:00 pm and Sunday October 21st at 8:00 am. The workshop is MANDATORY for those who would like to participate in accompanying lionfish dives with RJ Diving. The dives cost $50.
