Any fish, preferably ling, AJ, grouper, what ever....
1 bell pepper 1 large white onion...or 2 1 pound of mushrooms 2 sticks of butter 1 pound of cleaned crawfish tails 1 pound of cleaned shrimp tails 1/2 pint of heavy whipping cream 1 pound of fettacuini (sp) shredded romano cheese italian breadcrumbs oilve oil Mince all veggies and cook down with the butter, when it is a pot off goo then add the tails cook until done. add cheese and whipping cream to texture.......... off by the way if the seafood isn't all american, like chinese crawfish then you will die if you ingest this meal...... ...... while your sauce is cooking cook your pot of fettacini, take a skillet and pour some olive oil in it, have you fish that has been marinating in terriyaki, italian dreesing, tony c's and lemon pepper and flip flop it in the bread crumbs, cook in oil until nice and golden brown set the fish on the bottom of a big plate right smack in the middle, put your pasta on top the spoon your sauce out all over it.... and fix a big ass whiskey drink.........and enjoy........
