Underwater video
I have been thinking about doing some video and looking for a camera. I like the price of the gopro wide hero but have read some of the posts about them being blurry and what not. Are there any other cameras I should look at. Thanks

Re: Underwater video
as far as diving goes its pretty difficult to beat the HD go pro for size and price especially for things out of the water too. the video quality also has a lot to do with the clarity and lighting and what not though which makes me feel like sometimes my video clips dont come out so great at no fault to the camera but to the conditions. i cant comment on any other cameras but i will give the go pro a vote because its a great little camera!! btw it takes some pretty good still photos as well

Re: Underwater video
I am thinking about selling my canon powershot and housing that I used for all of my spearfishing videos. Check them out and let me know if you are interested.

Re: Underwater video
The GoPro HD is a terrible camera for diving. It is extremely blurry. It's hard to tell from internet clips, but when you upload footage to your computer you will definitely see nothing is in focus. It works great above water though.

Re: Underwater video
Might want to check out the lenses we just got in, they will solve the blurry issue that the stock lens has underwater.
