Legal to Spear in Walker's Cay National Park?

Getting ready to make a run out to Walker's Cay and heard some conflicting info. Does anyone know if you are allowed to spear in Walkers Cay National Park? I have heard both yes and no for this area. I sent an email to the Bahamas National Trust which manages the parks, but no response. I know that I can run a little bit North to some other reefs, but don't want to burn fuel unless I have to. Let me know. Thanks.
