Re: Daily Vis Report Thread

dove kings today. Vis was....came close to diving into a rock out by bird poop island. Tons of debris from the waves.

switched to green bridge at around 2 tide going out.
Vis was spear length on top, 4-6 ft. on bottom, crap but better than the first trip.

Was contained in a huge bait fish school, It was surreal because bass were coming in hot scooping them up feet from my face on the surface. (no sizable ones) Stoned a tog, currently eating it

Re: Daily Vis Report Thread

Dove Plymouth, Ma yesterday near Ellisville Harbor - 12-8ft viz = not bad, found a bunch of shorty lobsters. Light 5 knot east wind and partly cloudy. Pretty flat out there. No dinner - again - starting to get really get discouraged with this slump I'm in. Maybe I should take a break for a little bit to regroup.

WatchHill and Napatree yesterday afternoon. 4 to 7 foot viz.

Saw no bass. Well I did see a couple schollies. Blues around and tons of bait. Baby bunker and silver sides.

stuck some Blacks and Pie Plate size Porgies.

One dogfish got in the way of my spear as well.

Hit up the north side of cape ann. Good viz in 8 feet of water...but anything deeper and it closed in to 8-10 feet. Lots of small cunner.

Re: Daily Vis Report Thread

Paddled out to seal rock with my brother this morning before the wind kicked up. Vertical viz was 20'-25' and the horizontal was 8'-12'. I'm guessing kings should be similar viz.

I am thinking about hitting up RI tomorrow, thanks to Caseys viz report (thanks for posting!).
But the forecast shows up to 15 knot S winds and 3-5's!
