Question about DogTooth Tuna in Indonesia
Hello - I am traveling to Bali mid december and would like to know if it is a good time to go for dogtooth.
There is not a lot of concrete information out there, but what I've gathered is that december-feb is not good because of monsoon. Any advise would be greatly appreciated! Antonio |

Hey Antonio! I rarely check SB anymore so it's funny to see this post. I was just there last month and will probably be back in the spring. I communicated with a spearing charter there and can forward the email chain to you. I think I have your email address.

early dec is good. Not usually a lot of wind. Might not be great every day but should be good most.

Re: Question about DogTooth Tuna in Indonesia
You may want to choose a different point of entry to Indonesia than Bali as I have had a couple friends come through Bali and had Spearguns taken at the airport by customs. Also had a few that had no problems. I came via Jakarta 2.5 months ago with 2 Spearguns with no problems. Good luck
