I fell off a roof years ago and tore my lower back up bad.Like in bed for a month bad.Now the arthritis really hurts.Sciatica really sucks!On the upside I havent used a cane in around 4 years.No middle of the night trips to piss yet.Still have most of my hair and the winky still works.

Any day above ground is a good day.A lot of people I know are older than me and more active than people younger than me.A lot of it is attitude I think.
I have a sailing buddy thats 74 now that is pretty mobile.I went to look at a sailboat he told me about and he was walking faster than meAnother sailing buddy is the same age and goes paddleboarding and boating with me when he is up for summer.
Been to a LOT of funerals of people I knew younger than me.
