Yeah it’s sad, when I was a kid when if it was calm it was almost guaranteed to be clear, now it’s a crap shoot. Makes being a pure commercial diver terrible so I’m glad I had a back up plan.

Perfect example. Today variable winds around 5 knots, and 10 foot of mint green viz at high tide south of the marquesas. If the lobstering wasn’t so damn good this year I would be really upset.

Apparently it was gin clear out front of key west today though. Maybe I’m just unlucky
