Easy Baked Snapper Recipe

This is one of my favorites. Of course you can substitute any white fish for this recipe and it'll be great.

Ingredients:
  • 2 Fillets of Fish
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1/3 Yellow Sweet Onion
  • 1/2 Stick of Butter
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Seasoning of your choice, or just salt and pepper
  • Parmesan Cheese

Cooking:
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Season fish and set aside
  3. dice up bell peppers and onion
  4. melt the butter into your baking dish
  5. mix peppers and onion into the butter and add a splash of worcestershire sauce
  6. Splash some worcestershire sauce on the fillets and lay them on top of the peppers and onion
  7. Pop it in the oven
  8. When the fish is almost done, switch the oven to broil and sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top
  9. When the cheese is browned a bit, it's done
