Water Temp ?
Hey guys
A couple of us are coming in for the Wild Blue next weekend. We,re going to hunt on Friday. I saw wondering what the water temp as been running and what type suit (thickness) you hunt in. Thanks P.S. We hunted halibut the other day, nice 55 degree,s

Water temp today was 90 at Long Key. Ft. Lauderdale will be a little cooler, but not much. I'd leave that Cali suit at home. I used a 1.5 mil suit last Saturday and it was too hot. Changed to a rash guard shirt to keep the sun off my back.

Trunk it with a long sleeve rash guard and you will be good.

Here in the Ft Laud area, the surface temps run around 82 the bottom temps are in the vicinity of about 77-79. Hope this helps...
