Re: What's your excuse
Yeah Ben - that sounds about right - can't say that I haven't heard it myself. Jerry is a last minute planner.

he's a shoe string operation. you just have to take him for that. keep your expectations low and you will never be dissapointed.

Re: What's your excuse
Ben: He's not so much on a shoestring as he's looking for the next better opportunity.

Damn, I'm glad I have such good friends, John thats the women in me. I try to keep my options open like everyone else, who knows when a better deals coming along. Doesn't pay to put to much into one plan.
Ben you F KER rememeber that the next time you call me to fill a 3-day charter that leaves that afternoon. I'll still go if possible but I'll make you say please or something. I dont care what anyone says, you bastards know the truth. Steve I just booked a room let me know if you wanna split it. Last edited by bubblejunkie; 08-16-2006 at 12:22 PM. |

i can't help it jerry. you just give me too much good ammo. it's like pulling the trigger on a big snouter hog. you kinda feel bad because the shot is much too easy but what are you going to do? not take the shot?

Re: What's your excuse
I wont be spearing, but will be there for the party Sat and Sunday. I have a resistant staph infection, from a reef bump-into on my back. I had it lanced at the ER. I thought they stuck them with a needle- NO!!!! they cut it wide open with a scalpel and stuffed it with a cloth drain. So no diving for a week or so. On good antibiotics too. I'll be there with my sweety and we'll be in a partying mode. Steve and Lynn.

Re: What's your excuse
Big Langostas numbers for sale? If you can come and freedive them with me in 70 ft of water in 5 ft of vis I'll sell them to you. It is going to be a challenge to get the lobster category for us but they are out there. Bucketnuts you might as well not go wading tomorrow because you know i am going to demoralize you with a gnarly old East Coast Sheepie.
Lets just hope i can make it past 30 ft tomorrow having not been in the water for 4 months. Should be interesting. Look forward to seeing everyone this weekend... as long as it isn't on my spots! Good Luck to everyone and more than anything dive safe. No fish is worth missing the after party and seeing what scantly clad girl Sasa Bratic will bring!

No excuse now. Will register my son for his first tourney. I'll try to put him on fish and just watch.
