Half Lung method

I heard the Half Lung Method of freediving is the safest way to freedive, what and how is this method?

There are many certification agencies that can teach you safe effective techniques for freediving. Freediving is an activity that without proper safety and knowledge can be very dangerous - but with safety and knowledge is very safe.


Don't put your own safety at risk by listening to amateurs give lousy "advice".
