Got the 2005 rules and registration online this weekend @ http://www.divefsda.com/Southern_Open.htm

Among the notable changes are:

Tournament hours extended to 8 PM instead of 6 PM.

No point limit on fish size, 5 points per fish.

Tournament will be held at Ballyhoos in Tarpon Springs.

Only one person per boat is required to attend the diver's meeting on Friday 6-24.

The photo tournament begins Friday, June 10th and ends Friday June 24th. The awards for both are on Sunday starting @ 11am.

Hey John,

It did not say in the rules, can someone on the boat weigh the fish for the Captain? Or does the Captain have to weigh his own fish.

Yes, that is the logo on the shirts and trophies this year. If you pre-register you get a shirt for free. If we have any left over after pre-registration they will cost $20.
