link to line-mgt safety thread

http://www.spearboard.com/showthread.php?t=172070

As a newbie free spearo, and I know of several more here in PacNW, I found this very important discussion of line-management safety worth being a bit redundant and posting a link here. Covers shooting line mgt, braided vs vinyl floatlines... vs reels, what to do with a tied-up fish on bottom, video eg. Recommend to post any generic response on the linked thread, not on this thread, unless it is a PacNW-specific conditions insight.
One thing I learned is that vinyl float line is safer than braided float line, re entanglement. As a newbie, I'm sticking with a float line though I may upgrade to vinyl.
