Riffe Custom Kill Spike

I'm looking for a custom Kill Spike to replace the line dumaflatchie on my Riffe 2x Comp. Does such a critter exist. And if not does anyone know someone who will make me one. I've got Ray Odor looking into this.
Thanks

Re: Riffe Custom Kill Spike

What's a kill spike good for? does it affect the balance of the s.g.? don't you use any knifes?

Pargo what you have works. But I just wasn't wanting to drill new holes in my gun.

Re: Riffe Custom Kill Spike

It's to poke the tax collector, and IMO adds weight to the muzzle which is a good thing.

yup , it makes real sense, when the thing is unloaded.

I guess is a floridian thing cause of the "polite" visits of Mr Bull.

Yeah, that won't interfere with your line. It looks like it is only going to stick out about 2-3 inches. You would do just as good to load a freeshaft in the track while you are taking the fish off the lineshaft without loading the bands.
