SPYROS, are you still getting different camo pattern made or are you sticking to the existing ones? If you are going to get new pattern, could you please post some pics?

Thanks,

Gerald

Any of you guys use these for SCUBA diving, or just freediving? I need a 5mm suit and the thought of a custom fit is appealing to me. What pattern would you recommend? Plain black?

I ordered a 3mm in blue camo, I'm mainly a scuba diver just getting into free divig but I figured can't go wrong with camo scuba or free.

Spiros has been very helpfull through the whole process, He is very quick to return emails and answer any questions you have.

I have not received my suit yet cuz i wanted to hold out for the new material, But I would Certainly refer anyone who wants a wetsuit to Spiros, He's a top noch guy from what i can tell.

I'll keep you posted on how the suit turns out

How is the stitching? How easy is it to rip? Does he provide latex glue to fix rips? How it fit in critical areas like chest, arm pits, beer belly? To those that have one, do you have a Picasso suit? How does it compare?

Spearo_fla (jon? john?)

The stitching is good and it fits great because you give him 15 measurements and he makes it. It's 100% custom for 159 dollars (119+40 shipping). I don't have a picasso so I can't compare...Mine hasn't ripped yet, so i'm not sure about the "rippability" No latex glue included.

What is the best way to attach knee pads? (latex glue?)

I can tell you that it looks identical to the OMER mimetic in terms of stitching and glue. I am still a big fan. Thanks again, Spiros.

wetsuits

We ordered four about a week or ago based on the comments on this thread. Spiros was great to work with. He doesn't seem to sleep much 'cuz in spite of the time differential he always responded promptly.
The wetsuits should be arriving in a few days and I'll let you all know how they are. I'm getting ready for the cool winter water up the northern gulf. water last weekend was about 73 - 74.
