Making wishbone bands

Does anyone have a good tutorial on making bands with wishbones?

Thanks

Re: Making wishbone bands

These make tying bands a lot easier IMO.

Just insert the stainless steel wishbone inserts into the bands and tie a double constrictor knot. Best part is the inserts will last a while so you can reuse them as you re-tie fresh bands.

Re: Making wishbone bands

Some people just tie knots in the end of the wishbone instead of inserting plastic beads or other hardware but I definitely recommend using beads or those mako inserts. Tied knots on the end pull through pretty often and it can be frustrating
