^^I'd slap my johnson on the table but the fish would like tiny next to it. They are small fish, 18" or so. The bigger fish were spooked by the ****ing thresher that kept flailing around the mark.

We dove the mark where you took a 10 last year in about 32'. Far less fish than Ive been expecting and Ive only seen one fish in the double digits since the opener. happy just to get out. Fletch and me had so much fun, I look forward to days like that. Gimme a ring, we can set up for tuesday or something.

Yea well fletch shoots fish in the gut everytime and they bleed out before he surfaces. Its one of many occupational hazards you face. Commonly refered to as the fletch factor.

It's wicked windy today and the water is all tossed up. No vis on the ocean but you may get some in the river or back bay.

The better water is a minimum of 500 yards off the beach. Idk whats below that either.

Re: Monmouth County, NJ- VIZ/FISH Reports

Went it yesterday at Shark River Inlet. Totally surprised. Was clearer than a stripper's heals. Lots of togs. I got 3, nothing too big.

I broke the nub off of where my wetsuit top connects in the front. Anyone know of an easy way to fix this? Maybe a local dive shop that carries the piece?

I am trying to get into tomorrow with Dloat in the Cape May County area if you want to join up. And yes water has been horrible since that swell pushed through earlier this week.
