Whats the best way to tell difference between dog snapper and a cubera?

Someone can probably describe it better but dog snapper usually have a little bit more yellow on them. Usually the stripes on their body and tear drop under eye are a dead giveaway

Dog snappers have a triangular shape under the eye. Like a "tear". You can see it from miles away.
