All About Pole Spears & Slings What is it about that traditional method of the early hunter/gatherers under the water? These devices are indeed interesting and effective.

5/16 paralyzer tip?

My son made his own polespear with an old 5/16 ab biller shaft inside a copper pipe with dowel spacers to make it solid. It has good weight and balance. He shot it for a while with the flopper but now he wants to convert it to a paralyzer tip.

I've tried searching but can't seem to find a barbed paralyzer tip with female end in 5/16 so that it will screw directly onto the ab biller shaft. I'd rather not have to use an adapter as it adds another potential failure point and $$.

Has anyone ever seen one or done this?

The biller paralyzers are 5/16"-24 male. Linghunt makes the tip you're after.
