Unhappy Garmin virb dive problems

Diving out of boyton today with my virb camera on the chest mount. First dive I was trying out my red filter I went down and the video was pure red and had wayyy too much light exposure when I was 80-90 feet down. On the second drop I had just the red camera preset to compare. The video was extremely dark and green and you can barely make out the reef. Really annoying as I’ve had the footage go completely black while recording for no reason. If any of you have any insight I would really appreciate it, thank you.
