Freediving apnea training apps/programs
Just curious what everyones favorite apnea training app/program? I am trying to increase my breath hold over time. I don't do a ton of deep diving but would like to be able to go deeper and stay longer when I do. I have a static breath hold of 2:30 right now and would like to try and get to 4 mins within the next month or so. I have done a fair bit of reading and watching vids, no classes yet. So far the best resource I have I have found is this site https://freediveuk.com/how-to-hold-y...ving-training/ where he breaks down how to do co2 tables and o2 tables as well as apnea walks etc and outlines a program where a reasonably fit person with my static should be able to get to 4-5mins in 30 days with a bit of work. I have started it but don't like having to mess with my phone timer constantly and have heard that there are some apps that you can use to time and track progress. Any input appreciated.
