Lobster Ceviche | tasty

Ok i know it sounds crazy, but go try something new...That something new as in lobster ceviche!

For the people that like their food spicy, add 2-4 dashes of your favorite hot sauce for that little kick (or mix a jalapeno into the ceviche)!

Stay tuned and the 2nd must try lobster recipe is coming soon!

Yum! I'd stick with a little jalapeno or serrano pepper over hot sauce rather than overpower the lobster flavor.

Raw lobster is sweet and best way to eat it. Putting anything on it ruins the actual flavor. Best kept natural

And you can soak them in salty ice water overnight to reduce the heat.

Don't peel the skin off lobster, cut avocado, mango, red onion, cilantro, add a jalapeno pepper cut in half. Mix well let set for 15 minutes, remove jalapeno. Add par boiled lobster and Nellies key west lime juice, salt, pepper - serve in 15 minutes.

Re: Lobster Ceviche | tasty

A little club soda and ginger beer will top that recipe off!
