Water Temp in NorCal?

Going to be making a trip up north to do a little Ab hunting in the next couple of weeks. I was just wondering what the water temperature was in Mendicino County.
Thanks.

Low 50 F. somewhere in that range. I guess there are some pretty tough and/or well insulated divers up here who use 5 mil suits; I recommend 7 mil open cell. I use 5 mil boots and gloves and am always comfortable without heat generating exertion.

Water in San Mateo county was up to 65/66 yesterday. We'll be trunking it soon.

57?! I did four tank dives in Ft Bragg/Caspar on 7/16 and looking through my dive computers log the temps ranged from 49-51 degrees and it sure as hell felt like it.

I was in Albion in late June and the temps were around 55, down to 51 at 32 feet deep or so.

The exact location you are in could have a fairly large affect on water temperature if we are having upwellings bringing in the very cold water from deep offshore.
