Old guard new to area

Just bought a house in Bradenton after living all my life in So Cal. Been diving for decades, mostly So Cal, Baja. Interested in paying all expenses to dive with someone that has a boat and knows the area. Retired, so willing to travel up and down the coast. If you want to call me, feel free. 562 665-6089 Michael Tye

Welcome to the Gulf Coast, Michael. Paying all expenses would be a sure fire way to get on a boat... Maybe even a trip to the Middle Grounds. Haha.

Good luck. I think you'll enjoy diving the warm waters over here.

Welcome to the board and to Florida! You should let everyone know if you scuba "dive" or free"dive".

Thanks for that Sherpa. I spent the first 25 years of my diving mostly scuba, the last 25 strictly freediving.

Welcome Michael! We freedive mostly out of St. Pete. My trip frequency has been limited this year since I have a five-month-old at home but saved your number to reach out when I have a spot on the boat.

Thanks for your response. I do you want to get in the water but in no hurry. Just like to get familiar with the various species that you have here and how you go about hunting them. I've owned boats in the past and and very excited about just paying for the days expenses.
