Flood waters like that will take a sensible set of pumps! Looters will need to learn how to freedive if it keeps up.

Meanwhile, Oregon is on fire, where I live. The good news, reported in the press, is the fire just south of me is 5-10% contained. Unfortunately it has burned 125,000 acres. I think well over 300,000 acres are parched in total for our state.

No, he will NOT, Not if he follows the law: He can plug-em if it's night time

http://codes.findlaw.com/tx/penal-co...sect-9-42.html

Texas Penal Code - PENAL 9.42. Deadly Force to Protect Property

A person is justified in using deadly force against another to protect land or tangible, movable property:

(1) if he would be justified in using force against the other under Section 9.41;  and

(2) when and to the degree he reasonably believes the deadly force is immediately necessary:

(A) to prevent the other's imminent commission of arson, burglary, robbery, aggravated robbery, theft during the nighttime, or criminal mischief during the nighttime;  or

(B) to prevent the other who is fleeing immediately after committing burglary, robbery, aggravated robbery, or theft during the nighttime from escaping with the property;  and

(3) he reasonably believes that:

(A) the land or property cannot be protected or recovered by any other means;  or

(B) the use of force other than deadly force to protect or recover the land or property would expose the actor or another to a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury.

Scientist Confirms: Harvey Caused A "1-In-1,000-Year Flood"

Interesting, they are testing for a Mar's expedition but it's VERY irresponsible to run that engine at that time. They could've waited. Doesn't make sense unless...

Don't ever donate to the Red Cross. They have plenty of connections to the globalists and are a rip off. There's plenty of evidence in the comment section.
