Re: 7 Surprising Benefits of Exercise
I hate working out but I do it.I have issues with my back, knees and shoulders so its not an enjoyable experience but I force myself to use my weight machine at least 15-20 minutes a day and try not to eat or drink high sugar or fatty foods so I don't have to exercise more.
I prefer paddleboarding so I can get some sun, sweat out the nasties and enjoy the view to keep my mind off the pain.It works. Some of it is physical and a lot is mental attitude.I consider Paddleboarding an hour reason to skip a session on the torture machine unless I fueled the paddleboard with beer. Buddy of mine bodybuilds. His advice was quit looking at the scale and look at the mirror or how you feel.I gained muscle weight but lost a few inches on the waistline.Im wearing 34/34 Wranglers which is what I wore when I was 30.
