New spearo, looking for others to dive with

Guys,

My name is Victor and I'm new to the sport\hobby. I've dove off the beach in Palos Verdes and off Catalina so still pretty new and loooking to improve my skills. The only other spearo's I know are co workers who don't dive much, (all married) so I'm here to meet others With the same problem. If your in need of a dive buddy shoot me a message.

Thank you for your time.

Victor

As for every new diver, the #1 suggestion would/should be: join a local club and I guarantee you that you'll meet a whole bunch of motivated divers.
It sounds like you are located in the LA area so stop by the LA Fathomiers meeting, grab a drink and introduce yourself.

Next meeting will be July 13th, 7.30pm at Roundtable Pizza in Redondo Beach

Hey Victor, I'm more of a NorCal Ab Diver, but heading to Redondo on Sat/Sun (7/1-2)and seemed like Sun morning might be nice conditions. Let me know if you might be around as I would be interested in finding some folks to go out with. Thanks.

Cool. We're packing up the car and driving south tonight. I'll let you know whether my gear made it into the car (or if wife/kids stacked with their junk instead...).

Ok, about to leave Bay Area. Gear made it to car. Let's keep in touch, and shoot for Sunday morning around Redondo if that works for you? No idea if Solunar theory is good or not, but they say 8-10am should be lots o fish!

I'm a pretty new diver too and would be down to go out some time. I've been wanting to try something around Laguna or Malibu but if you know a good spot I'm in for that too. I've been diving Dana point. If you want to PM me your # we can set something up.

Hey Victor, I'm new to the sport as well- I've gone about 5 times, all in PV area. I'm interested in going out, what's your availability?
