"exactly WHERE/WHAT area do you dive off the S side"

I'm not sure if you are genuinely retarded but ill play it safe. You and I both know the FWC loves to watch these forum. So legally speaking I have never spearfished anywhere within 100ft of any part of the bridge in which public fishing is allowed. I have dived but not spearfished for any FWC officer reading this in the following, the small bridge next to the rest stop or before the fishing pier. And the second place on the south side would be obviously the main span in which I simply swim out. However there are places in both of those areas where you can legally spearfish and so I have, primarily the 275 road going north.

Interpret that how you like, however you understand the point I am getting across and call it being obtuse or whatever you want, but I am not about to admit illegal shit I have done as these FWC officers will fine you for simply saying you littered.

I already told you this on the other thread so I never dodged any questions.

Who's talking about the fishing pier??? Keeep talking, you're just digging yourself a deeper hole. The 275 road going N?? WTF?? How did you get to any legal place to spearfish by entering the water from the S side??? You still didn't answer the question. I'm not asking you to implicate yourself..just asking you to talk sense.
BTW, it's a 100 yards, not feet. You didn't google well enough.

Now i'm believing you are a FWC officer... But since you have the brain of a ape or is trying to get me arrested yes I never spearfished in my entire life, I simply own 3 spearguns to show off to the gnomes under my bed. I also only dive the area for fun looking at oyster fish for 6 hours straight during low tide.

I dont quite understand how its legal to dive for fun but not spearfish within 100 yards of a bridge???

Distract, not answer the question, accuse...got it. There are MANY on here that know I'm not an FWC officer...and can see right thru your BS.
Now, you're telling us you've 3 spearguns to shoot small fish @ the Skyway. Go on. Do tell. Before that, answer my question about the legal places to shoot fish and how you get there, diving from the shoreline, and see these schools of shootable fish at low tide.

Yeah man, totally, or I have 3 speargun because one 44" for beach dives off Vero/Sebastian with good vis, one 22" for Tampa with ok vis, and a pole spear for easy to catch fish/low vis.
Watch Marcus get butthurt cause I called a pole spear a spear gun.

But hey we all get it you are a ape with the memory of a goldfish because I already told you I dive all across Florida multiple times before so you could easily figure out what the other two guns are for... Also what the hell is up with you and wanting to know about my personal life? Seriously **** off ive proven myself over and over and you knitpick over the simplest shit. Do you not have anything better to do?

Nope, please continue telling us all about the "currency", distracting away from the questions asked, and calling people names. BTW, please show where I was asking about your personal life. BTW, you're the one that entered the PnR section w/ an agenda after only 4 posts, proclaiming you're a gun rights lover and how the fed gov't should be a socialistic style of gov't to fix all of life's problems dealing w/ natural disasters. Also, a 22" gun for "OK vis". Have a pic of said gun? Brand/model? Whatever man. A 22" gun? What exactly is "OK vis" around the Skyway at low tide and how exactly did you see the schools of shootable delicious fish??

I entered the pnr section asking you to verify your claims, YOU are the one who pushed the agenda out to avoid providing proof. You could've simply answered my question but you derailed the entire thread and asked my political views which had nothing to do with the conversation just to avoid answering the question. As for my views here you are putting shit agian in my mouth. I specifically stated I did not support bailouts for all natural disasters and all I supported in terms of socialism was better education which I backed with statistics and proof.

So agian I will continue to ignore you until you grow up and behave like a adult instead of a hypocritical asshole. And I dont see how its ok for you to name call but you call me out when I do it? Yeah grow the **** up. Keep derailing the topic more bud.

Re: Shark attack report by DIVERS in Tampa bay

*sigh* Once again, name calling and distraction. You started off your rhetoric in the CA wildfire thread saying that the fed gov't should be putting out those fires. MANY witnesses. I'm done w/ you. You've already done enough damage to yourself. Your veil is thin. People that know the area will recognize it too.
Is spearfishing even allowed under the Skyway anymore? The last time I did, I was run off by the FWC...and I KNOW that you're not scuba'ing out to any legal shoot areas, or illegal, that holds decent fish from the shore dive. Give...it..up. I know the area like the back of my hand.

My very first comment on that thread was the following

"The constitution doesn't say anything about preventing the government from collecting taxes. Please read the constitution before you rant about it. By being a US citizen the constitution and its laws are applied to you, one of which is that you must follow the IRS. If you want to waive your constitutional rights then sure, but I doubt you would want that since you are preaching about how they are somehow being violated."

In response you called me a shill, ignorant, no knowledge of the people and even nicknamed me miley, all without providing a counter argument about the topic. So dont even act like a victim with the name calling crap. And no need for witnesses, they are very unreliable sources of evidence. Its all in open text.

LOL HAHA, now that I look at it you have been editing for a while now hu. Its fine fixing mistakes however you edited it AFTER my comment and my quote was your entire passage, so you added that extra stuff later. I thought I had dementia for a while there. Lying ****ing cunt changing your own shit. How much more of a scumbag are you? Not only do you twist other peoples words but you do it to your own too. Wow ive never meet a bigger scumbag then that.

For those reading, in case he edits it agian, he added the following to the end then claimed I avoided answering the question.

"Is spearfishing even allowed under the Skyway anymore? The last time I did, I was run off by the FWC...and I KNOW that you're not scuba'ing out to any legal shoot areas, or illegal, that holds decent fish from the shore dive. Give...it..up. I know the area like the back of my hand."
