Shit Mike, I'm so sorry. May you forever find peace in that endless heavenly ocean, Josh. RIP.

So sorry to hear about this. I met Josh on one of my very first dives ever at crescent bay right before Laguna was closed. He had some fat bugs! We talked about diving a little... cool guy. His stoke for the sport and posts on spearboard is what kept me going in the beginning. RIP Tailsurfer.

I never personally knew Josh but I remember him from back in the days on this board, had some funny laughs on here trolling back then... RIP Tailsurfer

Re: Thank You From the Bouma Family For Your Heroic Efforts, Love & Support
I never met Josh but always liked his style. I remember when he put that handicapped dwarf on a true California trophy buck. A feat most on here can’t comprehend the true difficulty of. He shut a lot of mouths but my jaw was on the floor. The altruism of putting someone else on a buck in socal is pretty much unheard of. That one was an animal of a lifetime and he gave it to a friend.

To the entire Bouma family,
My sincerest condolences. It was always a pleasure to read Josh' post on this site and see his enthusiasm and love for the ocean. Eternal rest grant unto Josh, O Lord. And let perpetual light shine upon him. May Josh rest in peace. Amen. |
