Inshore/from shore wet suit recommendations Jupiter Area?
My son and myself will be down from the Destin area this weekend and thought we'd jump in for a quick freedive around Cato's bridge in Jupiter. Wetsuit recommendations for this easy dive. We'll have open cell options of 1.5mm or 3mm and could mix them up if recommended. We appreciate any recommendations.
Thanks and brrrrrr its cold up here.

The air is cold and the water is still warm. I doubt you will be hot with 3 mm suits

I live in Jupiter and Dive the intercoastal areas regularly. Remember not to spear under Catos bridge, gotta be 300 ft from that one. Fun place to dive though, lots of fish and occasionally legal bugs. I use a 2mm suit this time of year and that is fine. 3mm should be just fine.

Tide is important for intercoastal diving in this area. Plan your Dive for no earlier than 2 hours before high tide and 2-3 hours after (Catos can stay clear much longer after high tide than other bridges in the area because there is not much river water that moves down that waterway). Night dives are cool there too. If ocean is rough then vis will not be great. Calm ocean means 30-50 feet vis there supposed to be windy so might be hit or miss.
