Arrow Saturday out of Matagorda, need 1 more diver

I have a load going Friday, would like to have a full boat Saturday as well.

If I can't load up, I might just do an all nighter Friday/Sat depending on weather & whether or not I can get at least 1 more.

Shoot me a PM. Will be in about 160' of water about 40-50 miles out of Mattagorda.

Re: Saturday out of Matagorda, need 1 more diver

Don't quite have that much range in my bote. Looking to strap on another 30 gallons, but I don't think we are going to make that far of a run either way, probably just 40-55 at most, rigs around 160'. Looks like Scubacraig and I will be buddy boating, so we all ought to be fairly close. I don't monitor my radio when I am running. More than likely just 16/68 if at all. I was watching the sunrise this morning, I want to be underway no later than 6:30. Get as much fishin time as I can.

Boat is full up by the way.

Re: Saturday out of Matagorda, need 1 more diver

I will be talking to craig a little later tonight (if he doesn't call me first that is <- Craig if your reading this... Hint Hint). Was thinking of seeing if he woudl be down with going a little Due east to some nice rigs out that way to some rigs I have fished before. Good water depth... not too far offshore, etc. I am looking forward to shooting some of the rigs he is a bit more familiar with that were more South, or at least that general area don't want too much pressure on 1 rig.

I will be taking some extra gas with me more than likely, so all ought to be well. Getting the boat all charged up and oiled up tonight.

Holmes, if your reading this, we are going to see how little we can take on this trip and get away with it.

Good luck to all and keep an eye on the weather.

One fella backed out Saturday, spot back open. Going to go anyway, taking 1 freediver, so I would prefer to have a buddy for him, so if any freedivers want to hit it... give me a holler.
