Grilling glaze for fish
This is the glaze we use at our restaurant for fish, mostly salmon and lake trout but I have used it on halibut also.
I don't marinade fish very often because I like the natural flavor of fish to come through so I just brush some of this on before grilling then again just before removing it from the grill. The recipe halves pretty easy and keeps refrigerated for a week. FISH GLAZE 1 olive oil 1/2 cup baslamic 1/2 cup soy 1 cup red onion finely chopped 1/4 cup fresh tarragon chopped 1 tsp crk blk ppr |
