Good intro for spearfishing DVD or website info

i need you thoughts on this. i getting into spearfishing more serious. i've tried it for fun but not im looking to getting more into spearfishing. i want to get more info about spearfishing. is it better to get a dvd or just read off the websites?

if yes for dvd. which one is better? there is one called "spearo's guide" or " introduction to spearfishing"

if there is a good website that explains everything that would be good too.

I see you are asking these questions in the technical spearfishing section.

Are you a freediver or scuba diver? If scuba, are you technical diving certified?
