Great report! Good work guys, and thanks for the recipe. I’ll have some work to do convincing my wife to allow that in our house. We did Lobster bisque last year and I’m still receiving vitriol for the smell it made in our house. But it definitely sounds like it’s worth the effort!

I beg to differ. We had no objectionable smell, but I did run the vented-to-the-outside hood the whole time
