Ah, never seen one of those on the left coast. The Jack Crevelle was surprising. One would expect a dark meat fish like that to be fishy. Fresh, not at all. Had good flavor. I don't think I'd ever target them as I'm usually too lazy to cook the fish the same day I get them.
